The EMT on duty will call Oktibbeha County Hospital
EMS (911) if required. EMS will be met by available show staff and
guided to scene of accident.
The Barn Manager and assigned personnel will clear all
obstacles to make accident scene accessible for the necessary
personnel and emergency vehicle(s) only.

Show management will follow-up on hospital results and
the well being of the injured individual(s).
Steward, with assistance of EMT and EMS, will complete
USEF Accident/Injury Report Form to be submitted to the Federation.
Directions to MS Horse Park:
From Hwy 389, turn left on Hwy 12 and right on South Montgomery St.
After 3.3 miles, turn left on Poorhouse Road. Go .8 miles and Horse
Park is on the left.
In the event of a fatality, all of the above procedures will be
followed. Additionally, once ambulance leaves:

and assigned personnel will clean up accident site and,
if applicable, reset the arena, then have arena dragged. |

Steward
will make statement to the competition participants
offering all exhibitors the right to cancel/scratch
their remaining classes for that day incurring no
charges. |
